This is a late post, and there wasn't much to write about.
Beautiful weather, lots of people in the park, and we had the nice field.
We also had enough players, that was a nice change. The teams were nowhere near evenly divided. Phelps started for the homers and I started for the visitors. We got one runner to 3rd base the whole game. That gives you an indication of what we were like.
The bright spot that I can remember was that our team turned 3 double plays. Which is probably the only reason that the score wasn't 20-0, instead of 11-0.
It was a fun game, for a blow out though.
Ana made some great scoops at 1st.
The homers had the hole between SS and 3rd locked in, to the tune of at least 10 hits.
Hopefully next time, we will do something about the lopsidedness before it gets embarrassing.
